Met my cousin today
Promised to buy birthday presents for her boys
Whenever her family come over to my place
My boys will get so excited
They will take out all their toys
And make a lot of noise

And when we brought them out today
I've already anticipated a similar headache
They make a lot of noise everywhere
In the train station, in the train itself
While having lunch
It get werst when we were in the shopping centre
But the good thing is
All 4 of them get so tired
They slept on the way back
Save all the trouble of having to put them to sleep
Heh

Anyways, it really need a lot of energy to manage a few kids at the time
I'm struggling with my 2 boys..let alone 4 of them
Nonetheless, we shall do this again soon, yeah?

Ever since the start of World Cup last friday
My television set seems to have a faulty remote control
Which only works on Channel 27
I've never really like watching soccer
But I know whats happening at least
Thanks to hubby's constant updates
On wats going on with the players and so on

But I've got to admit
This whole World Cup thingie
Is too big to ignore
Its everywhere
For the time being..
I will be one of them
A new convert that is
Heh

And oh yes...
Green gonna be my new fave colour *wink*

I take back all my werds abt it, ok

I'm going on a short trip with my boys tomorrow..

I brought my sons out today
Let them play at the playground
Take mrt train rides
Run around shopping centres
I'll be like a tarzan...calling them back every now n then
But at the same time,I dun wish to be an over-protective mother too
I want them to explore and learn
Find out things themselves
And not because I say so or the teacher says so
I want them to learn from mistakes
Go on and pull that and see what happens
Have a fall..get a nasty cut
Its all part and parcel of growing up

Mebbe I've watched too much tv and read too many books
On how kid turn weirdo (think:waterboy)
Or a kid turn psycho (this one too many to list heheh...)
Mebbe its also because I've grown up in a sheltered environment
I hate whats the becoming of me and constantly try to improve on it
But I still have to accept that...this is the result of many years of nurturing and brain washing
It is sumthing that u can't change in the matter of weeks or months..

In the meanwhile, my kids will lead a totally different upbringing
Be kids...smile, play, run and have fun
Enjoy being one while you can
I will always be here to guide you if you ever get lost

Don't I juz love school holidays?
Its 1.30 am and I dun have to sleep yet
I can stay up till morning if I want to
Who cares

I tried renting DVDs for the first time
And I can actually find time to watch them

I've managed to watch
1. Memoirs of a Geisha
2. Mr and Mrs Smith
3. In her shoes
4. Just like heaven

Didnt get to watch any of these shows previously ..for watever reasons..

And now that Coach is almost botak...
Gucci is starting its sale yesterday

Another trip to town, shall we??

With no more school...and minimal tuitions
I'm back at home
Doing all the motherly n wifey things
I am enjoying the break definitely
Spending time with my children
Going out with my friends as and when I like
Learn to watch tv
Surf the net...and blog
All over again

I'm in the midst of revamping my house now..
Still have loads to be done
Need to look for kain
For Hari Raya clothes
I've got a girl to match with now
Plan to sew my own curtains too...
